Egg & Shoulders is a little food business specialising in catering, recipe development, restaurant wholesale and meal deliveries. Small batches of delicious, seasonal meals and sweet treats are sent out weekly from their kitchen in Hope Street, Cape Town.

Order a selection of wonderful meals and pantry staples to keep your bellies happy throughout the week. Our menu is updated every Thursday with seasonal goodies and tasty treats. Deliveries take place the following Wednesday.
Catering
We do catering! Big parties, small parties, dinners for friends & family -we do it all. Sweets, savoury sweets and savouries! Have a look at the kind of things we can whip up for you via that button down there or send us an email with what you have a hankering for and we can organise something special for you.
Custom Orders & Special Events
Private dinners, birthday parties, weddings, recipe development for bumper crops, bread sculptures... we do it all! We are always happy to help and honoured to be asked. Pop us a mail for any special requests.
