Egg & Shoulders is a little food business specialising in catering & meal deliveries. Small batches of delicious, seasonal meals and sweet treats are sent out weekly from their kitchen in Observatory, Cape Town.

Order a selection of wonderful meals and pantry staples to keep your bellies happy throughout the week. Our menu is updated every Thursday with seasonal goodies and tasty treats. Deliveries take place the following Wednesday.

We do catering! Big parties, small parties, dinners for friends & family -we do it all. Sweets, savoury sweets and savouries!
